Koopa Troopa betrayed Bowser because Bowser used to call him names and make fun of him. Soon Koopa Troopa left with some of his friends while Bowser was sleeping. He started collecting coins and became one of the richest characters in the Mushroom Kingdom. He bought a stadium, a shop, mini-games, bombs, and more.
