Little Lemmy's Land Qualifier

Name: Venoma and Vara Yosho
First Appearance: Melodies Forever
Name: The Future Fanged Bearer, Venoma Yosho
Pronunciation: Can you say the word "venom"? Good, now add a short A sound at the end!
Gender: Male
Weight: 106 lbs
Height: 5'9''
Species: Yosho
Parents: Rulers of Freight Land

A Yosho: A Yosho is a distant extinct relative of the Yoshi. It resembles Earth’s alligators and crocodiles. The species had died out almost one million years ago, only leaving a few fossils on the edge on Yoshi’s Island. Once, a long time ago, a volcano had erupted the same time a hurricane had formed. The entire island was in total chaos. Earthquakes began to rip the island in half, all the Yoshis on one side, and the Yoshos on the other. The Yosho side of the island sunk into the ocean, and the Yoshos were never seen again.

Rumor has it that they were the first species on the planet, but evolved into the Yoshis. Yet it is also said that they had split-evolved, which means some of them stayed the same, so there were Yoshis and Yoshos, and sometimes even hybrids. Everyone got along, Yoshi or Yosho. These were some very unique creatures. Both species were at peace with one another, and it is said that when the Yoshis were in need of help with tribal wars, the Yoshos would stop the fighting with negotiation. When other things tried to take over the tribes, such as Shy Guys, they’d all work together and usually win.

Where the Yoshis were jumpers and land walkers, the Yoshos were swimmers, and spent most of their time in the water, though they couldn’t actually live in the water; they had large lung capacity but not gills.

In the end, it is a complete mystery as to why all the Yoshos’ half of the island sunk into the ocean, whereby all of them died. Today’s modern historians believe that a group of some kind put a black magic curse on the island and kept a veil around the Yoshos until they all drowned underwater.

History: Venoma is actually from one billion years into the future, the exact time when another Full Moon Death is supposed to occur.

Full Moon Death: The Full Moon Death is a process that causes the revival of a ghost, that takes place every one billion years. They say that one creature is chosen on Plit and drawn to wherever this ghost may lie. The creature’s ghost is only remaining because it wants to find its original body. The only problem, however, is that its original body is still falling in the pits of the Neuron Jungle, and it was long, long ago that this creature died. This creature was killed in a great war, and was a very powerful beast of only pure darkness. No one can say from where it came; some say it was from the demon world, others say it is only magic, and some say it was a sage gone evil, but one cannot say. This creature, to try to get revenge on the ones who killed it, takes someone else’s body for a short night and tries to seek the original sages that put it to rest. However, the sages themselves are said to no longer exist in a form of life. As a result, the process is forlorn, but still continues. The victim of the Full Moon Death dies in the end because it is said that an unknown substance that seems to evaporate into a silver liquid taints all of their blood from the neck to the rest of the body and then their body just disappears, as if it were never really there.

The Full Moon Death usually occurs around a forest, but it is said that it once happened inside a cave, for the blood was said to be spattered on the walls. The entire process is basically split down into smaller processes...

Words from the Cast: About the Two Main Processes

Teela: The first point is, either the ghost bites you or it doesn’t.

Venoma: Exactly, well put. But the processes are that you get bit and you die, or you live because you weren’t bitten on your neck.

Teela: You have to be bitten on the neck for the ghost to completely fuse with you. Venoma and I were bitten on our arms.

Venoma: Yes, the ghost sort of is going to give you a bit of itself no matter where it gets you. It never truly gets a hold of your mind, though, unless you’re bitten on the neck. I’ve heard that there have only been two succeeding deaths. We call this process the Full Moon Death only because it’s always happened on a full moon.

Teela: The best part about getting a piece of the ghost is…

Venoma: You get a few of its supposed many powers, plus the awakening of a few of your own!

Teela: Sorry for the interruption…

Venoma’s History Continues:

Venoma’s parents, rulers of the world in the future [Teela: Don’t worry, that changes thanks to a little plot twist in Melodies Forever that I like to call Time Travel] decided to go on a little vacation. The only problem is that the device they used was a little messed up, and so it shot the entire family of three into three different time zones, and possibly one into another dimension completely. Venoma, however, was sent into Teela Yoshi’s and Karma Koopa’s time. Thanks to a certain fairy, Teela and Karma met Venoma and his sister. The adventure of Melodies Forever continues the rest…

Appearance: All male Yoshos have four thornlike claws on their tales. They also all have finlike things on their shoulders. This is what Venoma looks like:

Powers: Can move things with a pure line of concentration, hovering, teleportation (thanks to Teela), and his Protosyatha Connection

Protosyatha Connection: The Protosyatha is a unique and simple bond of telekinetic passageways forged from a mix of magic blood. The blood of one magic creature can mix with another's and get right into the person’s brain and form something like a built in phone. It slightly strengthens the person’s psychic abilities, but not by much. It also pulls their spirits closer to their minds and their hearts, but it really isn’t anything that truly affects them. The Protosyatha Connection can be broken simply by:

A. Pull the Two: Put the people into different times, but this only shuts down the Protosyatha Connection until it is awakened again.

B. Have a Magikoopa go inside one’s mind and pull it apart, though some cannot be undone because their hearts and minds are almost so into one another that they think the same things, and thus pulling it apart would practically trap the Magikoopa inside their minds, or kill the ones who have the Protosyatha Connection.

Name: The Sage of Justice and Power, Vara Yosho
Pronunciation: V Sound/R/Short A sound…
Gender: Female
Weight: 93 lbs
Height: 5'9''
Species: Yosho/Sage
Parents: Accidentally clined from Venoma

History: Vara’s original time would be the one when Karma Koopa and Teela Yoshi originated. When Venoma was thrown rather vigorously into the past relative to his time, he ended up in a Magikoopa lab. There, they saw him as a missing link, and then tried to capture him. Venoma scrambled onto the cloning machine; their current project: trying to reincarnate a sage into another body. They got a piece of Venoma’s pieces of scales and thus Vara was created from his clone. The lab exploded, and when Venoma woke up, the Magikoopas were gone, but Vara lay beside him. Venoma went through the rubble to see what they'd been working on, and was rather impressed by the way their experiment had succeeded, but now that he’d destroyed it, it would change his future. Vara knew little, but she could speak, and though she didn’t know much, she was able to tell Venoma exactly where he was at that time for some reason. Some of her previous knowledge had remained, but she still knew little as to what food and such were. Venoma and Vara then wandered for a week. It was perhaps one of the hardest moment’s of Venoma’s life because he had to deal with his sister, with teaching her and everything, and also with handling his powers. Venoma had little control of his power to move things at the time, and thus he ended up meeting Karma and Teela at Kastle Koopa.

Appearance: Well, exactly like Venoma, but she doesn’t have the two extra thorns on her tail, or the fin-like things on her shoulders. She’s a girl, though, it’s her genetic makeup. Vara looks like this:

Powers: Currently, in Melodies Forever, none, but she might later get back her skills… I can’t tell anyone anything.
