Freddy is the child of Gruntilda and fake Mario. Since his mother is always busy trying to get rid of Banjo and Kazooie and his father is very stupid and sometimes goes to Lemmy's Land, he gets very bored just sitting in Gruntilda's Lair doing nothing. All the little guy likes to do is watch TV, but that doesn't make him happy because he thinks the cartoons are very boring. One day while he was channel surfing, he found E-Man's Interview show on TV. Ever since Freddy saw it, the little guy fell in love with E-Man and he became Freddy's hero. Since Grunty doesn't care about Freddy too much and his father left the lair for good, Freddy went over to Lemmy's Land to see E-Man. Freddy has a dream that he'll do an Interview with E-Man someday.
