Found in the ghost houses of NSMBDS, Balloon Boo takes the classic Boo tactic and brings it to the next level.  Like any Boo from the platformers, he sits in place when Mario faces him, giving chase only when Mario looks away.  The catch is, while he's being looked at, he'll streadily grow larger.  By doing so he could end up bumping into Mario even without moving, making him dangerous in tight spaces.  When Mario looks away Balloon Boo will start to shrink back down as it gives chase.  This tactic has the potential to be dangerous, though in fact it probably is not as effective as just throwing a couple regular Boos into a tight space.  But he's great at parties!
