Games: Luigi's Mansion
 
Boolossus is the boss of area three from Luigi's Mansion, with the battle taking place on the third floor balcony.  Luigi must have caught enough Boos (I think 20?) to be able to access that area.  Boolossus is made up of 15 regular Boos that form together into the biggest Boo we've seen yet... well, maybe Bigger Boo from Yoshi's Island is bigger just before he dies.  Vacuuming up this huge ghost directly is out of the question, but Luigi can catch Boolossus in the Poltergust's suction enough to direct him into the horn of one of the unicorn statues in the area.  When that happens Boolossus will burst into the regular Boos that make him up, which will then go zooming around.  Unlike the usual process of gradually whittling down a Boo's HP, Luigi must catch these guys by hitting them with the ice element, then vacuuming them up as simple as that.  He's likely to take a few hits from the fast moving Boos, but they're not all that dangerous.  After a little while the still-free Boos will form back up into Boolossus, who will be smaller from having fewer members.  He actually benefits somewhat from this by way of faster speed, but once you've figured out how to damage him, you should be able to ride out the fight.
