Not to be confused with a certain Koopa King with an "s" in his name, this member of the Smithy Gang came into possession of the second Star while on his post in the Forest Maze - yes, that forest.  Clearly representative of the bow and arrow weapon, Bowyer sent paralysis arrows raining down on the people of nearby Rose Town as well as throughout the Forest, without any clear reason for doing so except to cause mayhem and misery.  With his odd way of speaking example: "More arrows shall I shoot, nyah" is a tame case", interesting battle strategy of somehow locking buttons on the controller, and powerful arrow and lightning attacks - not to mention being the boss of such an iconic area - Bowyer should be better remembered today.

In the Sports Hall, though, the only thing Bowyer could be remembered for is sandwiching the pre-tournament seasons with losses in seasons one and nine.
