Bumpty is a mischievous, troublemaking penguin from the Yoshi's Island games.  While he doesn't have the touch of death like most enemies, he is apparently blubbery and anything that touches him will bounce off, a dangerous occurence as he is often found running around already slick terrain or flying in tight jump spaces,  He can't be swallowed, either, unless you want him bouncing all around your insides.  Despite the risk be poses, Bumpty isn't aggressive and mostly seems to be playing around on his home turf.  Too bad Yoshi and that crazy brat had to come ruin the party!

In Season One of Roy's Sports Hall, Bumpty slid into Round Three but was bounced by Mack.  His performance in the Sports Hall's debut season earned him a spot in the wildcard round for the Season Ten Tournament, but with success long behind him, this too-cute foe had little chance and was ultimately defeated.
