An apparent dragon that served as the boss at the top of Hoohoo Mountain in Superstar Saga, this is actually Prince Peasley subsequent to a run-in with Fawful that left him transformed and trapped in an egg.  It was a pretty difficult foe for being so early in the game, featuring a fair bit of stamina.  His spit attacks may seem reasonably easy to dodge at first, but he'll periodically shoot out a rock in front of himself and then, if it has not been destroyed quickly enough, he'll step on top of it.  Then closer and higher than before, his attacks become that much more difficult to dodge.  After he's defeated, Dragohoho turns back into Prince Peasley.  But I ask you - is that really a good thing?
