More about Game Guy...
Games: Mario Party 3
 
Game Guy is a Shy Guy with a propeller on his head, which he uses to fly, who operates a casino in Mario Party 3.  When you land on his board space, he'll force you to play.  The price?  All your coins!  Once he's got you in his clutches he's got a couple games he'll randomly choose for you to play.  If you're lucky he'll pick the one where you must pick which of two Chomps will finish their cake first, because the large one almost always wins.  But too bad for you if you get the roulette game!  Pick correctly and you could double your coins or maybe earn even more, but guess wrong and say goodbye to all your hard-earned coins.  Man, this guy may never have fought Mario directly but he sure is evil!  In my opinion he is the one black mark on what is otherwise hands down the best Mario Party.  Still, he's a good character if only for creating havoc.
