Games: Yoshi's Island
 
This gooey ghost enemy appears in castles of the original Yoshi's Island.  A safe platform rests on her head - when I say safe, I mean Yoshi can stand on it, but that doesn't mean he'll be out of danger as he does so.  I don't know if Georgette can hurt Yoshi directly - if you dropped down to below the platform to hit her body you'd have other problems - but she'll manuever her platform into some tough spots, like into the path of enemies or right below spikes, so Yoshi must keep on his toes to protect Baby Mario as well as to grab any goodies he may find along the way...
