Sound out this guy's name and that's what you get: a Koopa alien, found working with the Shroobs in Toadwood Forest of Partners in Time.  Hang on, though... is the "aleon" supposed to invoke the idea of "alien", or the ending of "chameleon".  It works well in both cases, because Koopaleon is able to camouflage itself with the air, making itself invisible.  It's quite the unique foe, still not too difficult though once you figure out the timing.  For the name that works in multiple ways, I do have to give a 10,  He's related to the stronger and rarer Gold Koopaleon.
