Games: Luigi's Mansion
 
One of the portrait ghosts in Luigi's Mansion, she apparently used to be a beauty queen but now looks more like a hippo.  She's found in the second floor bathroom and, to be honest, I'm surprised this made the cut for a Mario game.  When you enter the bathroom, you see the silouhette of someone showering behind a curtain, and must first pull the curtain aside.  Now, to be sure, you don't see anything afterwards apart from an ugly, semi-transparent ghost, but this scene must have certainly led to certain thoughts.  In any event, once Petunia is exposed you must chill her bath water with ice, and vacuum her up.  She's a pretty easy catch, just watch out for her Poison Mushroom in this small space.
