This strange enemy from SMRPG appears, sort of, in the first part of Land's End, before you get to the desert leading to Belome's temple.  He manifests on the field as a puff of smoke that is normally out of reach, but if you do come into contact you'll find yourself in battle against this poisonous cloud.  He's an unusually tough enemy that wields many magic attacks, but it's hard to get upset about such a special encounter.
