I do not think it is an overstatement to say that Nastasia is the world's best personal assistant.  She is hardworking, fiercely loyal, and oh yeah, she can get others to do whatever she wants thanks to her hypnotic powers.  She put these power to the benefit of Count Bleck in Super Paper Mario.  Although she was never called upon to fight Mario directly, she played a major role in the development of the plot.  She first brought about the forced marriage of Peach with Bowser by hypnotizing Peach into agreeing to it.  After presumably brainwashing many of Bowser's minions to the Count's cause, she also brainwashed Luigi into the form of Mr. L, who became a key member of Bleck's team until Dimentio eventually broke the spell on Luigi for his own benefit.  Nastasia's other accomplishments may not have been as exciting but it must have been no small feat to oversee Bleck's other minions, keep the castle in order, and remain on top of current events.

Of all his minions, Nastasia was the closest to Bleck.  She knew his original name of Blumiere and that he mourned the loss of Timpani.  We don't know for sure that Bleck's other minions did not also know this, but certainly Nastasia was the only one close enough to the Count to discuss these matters with him during the course of the game.  Despite the fact it is evident she'd rather the worlds were not ended, it has been rumored that Bleck once saved Nastasia's life, after which she promised neverending loyalty to him.  If this is true, I expect this occured after Timpani vanished but before Blumiere had given up hope looking for her and took on the name Bleck.  Bleck and Nastasia probably scanned the worlds together, before Bleck turned to the Dark Prognosticus to guide him and began recruiting other minions.  Not truly evil, Nastasia retired to Flipside following the events of Super Paper Mario and I think can be counted upon to do something great, if not on her own, then by organizing someone else's life to the point where great strides can be made,

Although Nastasia has no officially known attacks other than hypnosis, she appeared in Roy's Sports Hall during Season Seven and defeated some pretty big guys to reach Round Three, but she was forced to retire after being defeated by Shadoo.  Entering the Season Ten Tournament ranked 35, she had a tough matchup against Wario, a big brute who bodyslams first and asks questions later - not a great formula for a hypnotist.  She was defeated and eliminated from the tournament, though, unlike other fallen fighters, she was saved from a mysterious fate.  Apparently someone really likes her fighter interviews, even if she's kind of been slacking off lately!
