This robotic Shroob is found in Toad Town, where it seems to have really torn up the place. It can shoot lasers like a living Shroob. Inside battle its signature attack involves raising a series of flags before he'll throw a spiked ball at one of the Bros. He's sturdy, but pretty easy to figure out.
