Most stars in the Mario Universe are helpful to Mario, if not downright coveted.  Not this one!  It looks cute, but with his slap and elegy attacks, he'll... well ok, he probably won't be more than an annoyance.  Found by the sea, this initially immobile enemy may fool you into entering battle - once.

In his Sports Hall debut in Season Nine, Starslap withstood the rage of the Angry Sun for longer than expected but couldn't survive being crystalized and was eliminated.
