Games: Super Mario Bros. 2
 
An enhanced version of Cobrat, this three-headed snake was one of Wart's top generals in Mario 2.  Triclyde attacked the heroes with a steady stream of fireballs from each head, but was done in by concussions caused by Mushroom Blocks.  In the original SMB2, Triclyde seemed to possibly be Wart's top henchman, as he was the boss of both worlds 2 and 6, the last world before Wart's.  But in the remake Mario Advance, Triclyde was replaced in his second appearance by Mouser, who himself had been displaced from one of his appearances by new boss Robirdo.  Triclyde was also one of King Koopa's top henchmen on the Super Mario Brothers Super Show, but appeared to play second fiddle to Mouser then as well.
