A guardian created by the oft-mentioned Ancients, Wracktail is found at the bottom of the Flipside Pit of 100 Trials in SPM, where he guards the chest containing Dashley.  Though clearly related to Fracktail from Chapter One, this must be the defective model; Fracktail attacks Mario only after having its circuits fried by Dimentio, but Wracktail attacks Mario of his own accord.  Wracktail has the same attack pattern as Fracktail, but hits harder and you have to fight him after having weathered the first 99 floors of the pit.  Still, you should have mastered his attack pattern by now so it shouldn't be so difficult.

It is possible to buy through lotto Wracktail's card before beating him, which is unusual for bosses.  But since you attack him, not with any of your normal attacks but by throwing those little Wrackles or whatevers at his antenna, I'm not sure that you can actually cause extra damage after all.
