"Why Me?"

By Wendy O. Koopa

Karma slammed her books angrily on to her floor. "I hate you all!" she screamed. Karma's anger was soon becoming a rage. "Why me?"Karma screamed as she started to cry.

Karma was screaming because her life was about to be over. Kamek had shown her the future. Her future was that she wasn't going to marry Ludwig, she was going to marry Roy. That wasn't not all. After she was married, she would be killed. By whom? By Bowser.

***

Wendy was strolling through the castle. Wendy was just walking by the living room when she noticed Husky/Washu (Husky form) talking to Bowser. Wendy hid, then started to listen. "Why Bowser?" she heard Husky/Washu ask. "Karma's sweet and nice."

"Well I will not allow my son Ludwig to marry a... a... hybrid!" Bowser roared.

"So you will kill Karma because she is different,"stated Husky/Washu.

Wendy gasped and left the room to tell Karma.

***

Wendy ran into the room to find Karma smashing all her books and notebooks. "Karma! Bowser plans to kill-"Wendy started.

" I know..." said Karma sadly.

Wendy walked out of the room feeling sorry for Karma, and very mad because she couldn't help her.

****

"Husky/Washu, plan for the future. Kissy and Ludwig will be made for each other," Bowser said happily. "They will take over when my time is done. And Kissy is a real Koopaling."

"But Bowser!" Husky/Washu started.

"No buts! We shall put the plan in action today!"

"As you wish..."

"It is now one week before the day you get married," Ludwig started as he knocked on Karma's door.

"I don't give," said Karma, locking the door.

"Why are you so sad Karma? You will be marring a genius, after all," said Ludwig. "You don't need to cry."

"Go ask King Dad if you want to know so bad," Karma answered.

"Oh..."

Ludwig continued to walk down the hallway until he bumped into Kissy Koopa.

"Hi Ludwig," Kissy said in an emotionally cute voice.

"Umm... hi Kissy." Ludwig grinned an ugly smile and continued walking.

Ludwig started thinking in his head. What did Karma mean by go ask King Dad? What was going on? Ludwig kept thinking these things as he walked.

***

Karma, still in her room six weeks after the incident with Kamek, was now a grown beautiful Koopa. Her dark black hair went down to her spikes, and for a Yoshi-Koopa, she was considered a beauty. But Karma couldn't help wondering why Bowser would do something so mean.

***

"KIDS!" Bowser roared. Most of the kids came down. They also had grown, like Karma, and looked better than before. Ludwig's hair still was blue, but he was taller. Roy had become like Bowser, in a way. Morton had become quieter, and wanted more wedding cake. Wendy O.'s hair had grown back, and it was pinker. Larry had gotten as big as Roy, and Iggy was as big as Ludwig.

"Yes King Dad?" the kids answered.

"I have a plan that will make all our lives happier." Bowser grinned an evil grin.

***

Ludwig decided not to listen, and went back up to Karma's room. Karma let Ludwig in. "Karma," he started, "I think we should leave Koopa Castle. King Dad is planning something evil, and I can tell."

"Ludwig, Kamek already told me," said Karma.

"What?" Ludwig answered.

"Bowser is going to trick me into marrying someone else." Karma started sniffing as her nose dripped with tears. "Roy, that is," she finished.

"Why don't you leave?"

"Because if I do I'll have nowhere to stay, and besides, Kissy will have a better life with you, Ludwig von Koopa."

***

Bowser roared, "Are you ready for plan 86 Delayed Action Marriage Saver?"

"Yes," five of the Koopalings said.

"Man! Why do I have to-" started Roy.

"Just do it!" screamed Bowser.

***

It is now one year later.

"Hey Karma," Ludwig knocked on the door as he spoke, "ready for the trick?"

"Ok! I know exactly what to do."

***

Dun Dun Da Dum! Dun du- well you get the idea.

"Do you, Ludwig von Koopa, take this Koopa-Yoshi, Karma A. Koopa, to be your awful wedded wife?"

"I do," said the faker.

"Karma?" said the Christian.

"I don't." Karma stated.

The crowd gasped.

"That's a faker!" She pulled of the disguise. It was Roy!

"Bowser set him up!" Ludwig pointed.

"Aww man!" Bowser got up, but a bunch of people jumped him, and they decided to tar and feather him.

In the end Karma and Ludwig lived happily ever after, and they had one child, whose name we won't talk about right now.

"Wow," said Karma, "if you can write such a good book, you'll become rich!"

"It vas good, vasn't it?" Ludwig replied.
