For hundreds of years the Star Spirits have watched over Plit, offering guidance and waiting passively through the ages of wars and peace. Just as these kindly deities have existed in the shadows of space, though, so there is another force more powerful and older than all the memories of the cosmos, since their first creation. While the Star Spirits valiantly fight for the freedom of their people, the Enemy continues to seek their slavery, wishing to bend them to his will. Twice before has the Evil One stretched out his influence over the inhabitants of the small planet and attempted to usurp the rulers of Star Haven, and both times were his plans thwarted with help from the heroic Plitian people.
But no longer does he intend to fail…
Now the Breaking of the World foretold by the Evil One’s disciples of old fast approaches, and all the estranged inhabitants of Plit wait unaware of the coming conflict. Soon, however, the gravity of their situation will be made clear by a catastrophe unequaled in the long history of the planet.
What follows is the epic tale of this
final battle between the greatest heroes and the deadliest of enemies,
full with adventures spanning the galaxy, wars erupting massively on all
fronts, and the unforgettable characters whose destiny it is to endure
them. So it is here, on the brink of the inevitable struggle, that we join
