Part 9: A Star Rodded-Powered-Showdown!
After coming from many times of hard,
easy and much the same, our hero has faced many places and hardships from
the beginning until now. After defeating a Fusion Goomba to get the first
Piece, defeating and getting back the pieces of the Star Rod, and of course
winning through many rounds of pain. Continuing on, by boat to beat a Giant
Sea Blooper, and to Mallow defeating the Axem Rangers, and defeating StarBone...well
kinda... and of course making it up to the tower of our evil villain, ???.
Who is this ??? person, and what does he plan to do on with Mario and the
others?
The thunder keeps on clashing together, and the laugher of the villain ???. ??? ten settles down a bit.
???: You think that you fools can defeat me?! Impossible! After I already stole that great power that is great no more!
Vanilla: But why? Why did you do this?
???: ...*sigh* I guess I might as well tell you four... after the beating from Mario, I decided that it was hopeless. But on my final breath, I vowed revenge on him.
Mario: Just who are you?
Mallow: Yeah!
Geno: We want to know!
Vanilla: Show your self!
???: Fine. Even though that your winning will be hopeless, then fine.
??? turns back to the window.
???: Though as I was saying, like I said, I had vowed revenge on him. I came alive and I was able to move again. I had found out that a koopa by the name of Bowser had stolen the Star Rod and defeated Mario for the only first time. I had then decided to earn more about this. Though, Bowser had lost...AGAIN. This time, I had decided to head for Star Haven to take the Star Rod once again. However it was to easy to get. My first step of my revenge had began to begin.
Geno: And...your servants/Men?
???: Created. I never knew that it could do that.
Mallow: And your Tower?
???: Simply a way to improve the tests and limits of you four.
Vanilla: And the Princess?
???: What is this, an Interview?!
Mario: Just who are you?
??? turns back to our heroes.
???: You want to know Mario, though it has been years since we've met each other though battle?

SMITHY!!!!!
??? then revieals himself to be Smithy. He reveals to be a bit bigger then last time, but only with a longer beard with two stars on himself instead of just one. He has now more muscles and has a bigger crown.
Smithy: Long time no see Mario. Now if only that you could see what you would be like after your defeat.
Geno: Oh yeah? We're all going to make you at those words of yours!
Mallow: Your going to wish that you didn't go against us and lose to us again!
Vanilla: Revenge.....Smithy.....Against the three? Now I understand it all. Smithy was the one who took over Bowser's Castle and had used his enemies to take over the world, but he failed to do it. Mario, Mallow, Geno, Bowser and Peach had defeated you and now your coming back for revenge on all of us...
Smithy: Ah, now I have the Princess Vanilla in my trap now.
Vanilla: Huh? Wait...what are you talking about?
Vanilla then gets tied up, very quickly.
Mallow: What the?!
Lord Shy: Didn't expect me to be this fast?
Lord Shy then picks up Princess Vanilla and takes her behind Smithy, far away from him. Smithy walks closer towards Mario, Mallow and Geno.
Smithy: So, you three think that you can outsmart me this time? You think that I'll be defeated again like last time? I think not.
*Smithy Battle Music begins.*
Smithy: Now lets see how good you are against me!

Smithy: Hmph. Without anymore power, your all weak without anymore power.
Suddenly, the Seven Star Cards from the last part then come above Mario, Mallow and Geno. The Seven Star Sprites come above them.
Eldstar: Ahh to be free again.
Misstar: Hey look, its Mario and the others. We have to help them!
Skolar: Yes. It happens to be so.
Kalmar: Then lets help them.
All of the Star Sprites give Mario,
Mallow and Geno more power. Everyone is
recovered.
Klevlar: Uhg...we are still to weak.
Muskular: After being in those Star Cards again yes.
Mario: We're not through with you yet Smithy!
Smithy: Go ahead, MAKE MY DAY!

Lord Shy: You've got that right!

Lord Shy: Twink? Who is that? And besides, your already tied up, so good luck tring to get out of that.
*Crunch...*
Lord Shy: OWOWWWOOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!
Lord Shy then breaks through the window because of his lost of balance.
Vanilla: There, that was easy.
Twink: Hey Princess!
Twink unties Princess Vanilla.
Vanilla: Thank you Twink. Now, what are we going to do now? Mario, Mallow and Geno are already at their limit at defeat, the Star Sprites are out of energy, and the Star Rod...
Twink: Right here. But, the only problem is that the Star Rod is not fully ready yet. So there is no way to help them out in anyway.
There is a small bright light coming from Mario, Mallow and Geno. The Light get bigger and even brighter. Soon, no one can see anything. The bright light then ends, and the three heroes are then on their feat.
*Everyone is recovered.*
Vanilla: But....how?
Mallow: Huh? We're still here? How?
Geno: Mallow, it's that drink the Jolene gave to us from the Torunament! It’s the Triple Star Drink thing.
Mario: I wonder how she was able to get it.
Smithy: WHY ARE YOU THREE STILL STANDING?!? I thought I defeated you already.
Geno: It seems not.
Smithy: So, two times of defeating you three doesn't seem to be enough huh? Well, lets make it a third shall we?
*Enter Battle!*

???? revieals himself to be Black Koopa. Black Koopa seems to wear a Black Bandana with it being tied, just like Koopa Bro. Black. Black Koopa holds a mace and wears bracelets of the color black. B.Koopa seems different then other Koopas stronger then anyone else.
Black Koopa: I am Black Koopa.
Mallow: So, you were a koopa?
B.Koopa: Not just any Koopa. I am different then any other Koopa. anyone who faces me will be defeated for sure.
Geno: So, your having someone to help you out now?
Smithy: Ok, so I'm letting my hard guy help me out. So what?
Mario: With or without, your still going down!
Smithy: Very well then.
*Re-Enter Battle!*
Mario gets another turn, Mallow and Geno does as well.

Vanilla and Twink are both watching the battle, fearing that they might lose again.
Twink: Oh no, the Star Rod is still not working!
The Star Rod begins to light up.
Vanilla: Huh? What’s going on?
Twink: Wait a minute. It happened once, and it can happen again! Princess Vanilla, which hard!
Vanilla does so. Peach comes from behind Vanilla and goes beside her, also wishing.
Smithy: *Pant* So, your not as....half bad now.....*Pant*
B.Koopa: *Pant* We're still going to win!
Mario, Mallow and Geno are fully recovered again, thanks to the Star Rod!
Smithy: What?! But how?!?
Mario: I feel the power is gushing out inside of me!
Mallow: We can do this!
Geno: So lets get them!
Vanilla: I'm helping too.
Mallow: Hey, your ok!
Mario: And so is Peach!
Geno: Ok, lets show Smithy that we can defeat him!
Soon, there is a slight shake in the room.
Goom: Sire, there seems to be uh.....difficulties inside the tower.
Smithy: And?
Goom: Well, lets just say that the battle is too strong for this tower! Everyone must escape now!
The room starts to rumble even harder.
Smithy: I don't care, I'm here to finish these four off!
B.Koopa: Sire, Goom does have a point. If you continue the battle, then you won't be able to finish them off.
Smithy: I just told you, I DON'T CARE!!!
Soon, the ceiling begins to crumble and falls down on Smithy.
Smithy: AAHHHHH!!!!!!!
And, along with that, Smithy tries to dodge it, but he goes through the window instead, making him fall down to the ground. Which however is a very long way. Mario and his gang check to look, along with Goom and B.Koopa. The Axem Rangers even comes to see it as well. There is a big CRASH.
Mallow: So, I guess that’s the end of Smithy. And we didn't have to battle him?
Geno: I was expecting something harder, but that’s good enough.
Star Haven...
After making it down the Tower after finding the shortcuts, Mario, Mallow, Geno, Vanilla and Peach go into the real scandium. Star Scandium.
Star Scandium...
Eldstar: You all have done well to rid of Smithy and his ways of evil.
Misstar: And you brought the Star Rod as well.
Muskular: And you have brought peace to this whole Kingdom once again.
Suddenly, the other four Star Sprites come flying into the Scandium, and crash into the other three Stars.
Kalmar:
Everyone.......................he...................is....................not...................
Eldstar: What? He is not what?
Mamar: Smithy......is
not.............dead......................nor..................defeated...............yet........................
Skolar: And..................................................
Eldstar: And what? And what?!
Kevlar: He is........coming this way...................................
*Crash!!!*
There is a big crash though the wall, and there is a person walking towards everyone.
Smithy: Guess who!!!
Mario, Mallow, Geno and Vanilla: SMITHY!
Smithy: I haven’t forgotten about my revenge. I want to KILL YOU ALL!
*Enter Boss Battle!*

Smithy: Oh, so I'm yet being out numbered once again. Well no matter, even if you do have more power, you all are going to be defeated and never return!

for Five Turns. And even you cannot tell what it is.

Out of the battle, we see Mario, Mallow, Geno and Princess Vanilla, all panting hard and almost collapsing onto the floor.
Eldstar: Now!
Smithy: What?
Yet again, there is a giant bright light that forms around Smithy, which absorbs his power, making him drained out.
Smithy: UHHHHHGGGG!!! NOOOOOOO!!!! THIS CANNOT BE!!!!
But it does. The light then comes onto the Party, recovering them, and giving them power.
Eldstar: Now Mario! Attack the Villain who has caused us trouble one last blow! You too Mallow, Geno an the Princess Vanilla!
Mario, Mallow, Geno and Vanilla all use their attack.

Enemy: Smithy
There is a big explosion after the
might blows, covering everything with smoke. Though, there is also a voice
that they can hear.
"Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! I had that chance! I cannot lose!!!!!!!!!!! I shall-"
The voice is cut off with even more explosions. After a while, at the entrance at Star Haven...
Star Haven...
Mario: Well, we defeated Smithy once and for all.
Mallow: I wonder why the Star Sprites wanted us to leave so soon...
Twink: Thanks again for your help Mario, and all of your friends for saving this world once again.
Geno: Where are the others at?
Twink: You'll all see. Now, I guess you should be leaving soon now.
Peach: I guess so. Thank you as well Twink for being with me.
After waving goodbye, everyone returns back to their homes, after the big journey.
Mario and Luigi's Home...
Luigi: So, you saved the world again and along with your friends as well, huh Mario?
Mario: Yes...
Luigi: You've been awful quiet lally...What’s wrong bro?
Mario: Oh its nothing...
Parakarry: Mail call!
Luigi goes out to retrieve the mail and returns to the house.
Luigi: Hey Mario, the Star Sprites have given us a letter. Here I'll read it.
"Dear Mario,
Thank you for your help with the Star
Rod. So far, the Haven has been re-building itself to be a bigger and stronger
place. There are other people who I know of who want to thank you as well.
The mayor of Starlight
Town wanted to thank you for helping
you out a bit. Flavio has not been paying his pay to his crew yet, and
they are still wanting it. Remember Princess Vanilla? Well, Mallow has
been interested in her lally, so he
decided to ask her out lally. As for
Geno, he is back to being a star again with the other Stars. And, Goom,
Lord Shy and Black Koopa have decided to be good, and the Axem Rangers
as well. And of course, we want to thank you by giving you and your friends
this. Thanks again.

*Mario got the Star Rod Trophy.*
Luigi: Wow, you got a big Trophy bro. Well, I guess that’s it for now huh?
Mario: I guess it is Luigi, it sure is.
Peach: Ready Mario?
Mario: Oh yeah, the date. See you Luigi.
Luigi: Yeah, see ya. Now to catch some rest from MY adventure from the Strawberry Kingdom.
And so, ends another adventure that has ended out great. Peace has returned and nothing could be even better. With the Star Rod back to its normal self, without Mario and his friends and his new friend Princess Vanilla, it wouldn’t be any safer then it is today. With Peach back, Mario and Peach are both happy together. And, which ends another ending to another chapter in the book for Mario. And with Smithy gone, it is another peaceful day in the Kingdom thanks to our Four Heroes.
