There is a graveyard in the outer reaches of Dark Land, past Bower’s castle. It is raining. There is a grave with Dimentio’s name engraved on it. A figure rises out of the grave. It is Dimentio.
Dimentio: No matter how much time I have to take, I will have my revenge, like a bully taking candy from a baby.
He floats to Bowser’s castle. He approaches the entrance. He floats in unnoticed.
Dimentio: Ah, I bet he is down a great hall, like up ahead to the right.
He goes that direction into the throne room and up to Bowser. He turns visible and Bowser spots him.
Bowser: You again! I thought me, the princess, and Mario mopped the floor with you back at that castle.
Dimentio: When I said I had one last surprise, I used the last of my power to keep controlling the Chaos Heart AND to teleport away to begin a new scheme.
Dimentio uses his magic to make a giant hand and holds Bowser against the wall.
Dimentio: Tell me one thing and I’ll leave.
Bowser: What?
Dimentio: Where’s Mario? Tell me where he is.
Bowser: Why?
Dimentio: Because if you don’t I’ll kill you.
Bowser: All right, all right, geez. Mario lives on the edge of Toad Town near Peach’s castle. It’s the house at the edge of town that says Mario. You can’t miss it.
Dimentio: How do I get there?
Bowser: Uh, this pipe. I use it for whenever I ambush Mario. Don’t worry about the Toads, they’re cowards.
Dimentio releases Bowser and throws him into the wall. Bowser falls unconscious. Then Dimentio charges into Mario’s house.
Dimentio: I told you I would have my revenge, and that’s it.
Mario: Too bad you don’t have an army.
Dimentio: Oh, I’ll have that soon enough, then I’ll deal with you personally.
Dimentio traps him in a box and it explodes, throwing Mario out the window and shattering the glass. Mario gets up and punches Dimentio in the face.
Mario: It seems your time in the Underwhere has softened you up.
Dimentio: I am afraid you are mistaken.
An enchanted rock hits Mario and knocks him into the main tower of Peach’s castle.
Dimentio: Rise, the ones who serve me; obey my commands- get the crown of Princess Peach.
Several Super Dimentios rise up from the surface and wreck havoc.
Dimentio: Soon the army of terror will make people tremble when mentioned. Ahahahahahahahaha!!!
In Bowser’s castle, the Koopalings are watching TV when the emergency broadcast interrupts their program.
Wendy: What’s the big idea? Stupid TV!
Toad News Guy: That’s right, evil clown freaks have invaded the city. The town is in chaos and Mario is nowhere in sight. The city is to be evacuated and- Ahh!!!
Dimentio breaks into the studio and throws the Toad news guy out.
Dimentio: Do you hear me, people?! Soon the universe will be at my command and nothing will stop me AHAHAHAHA!!!
The TV breaks up into fuzz.
Roy: Isn’t that the stupid clown Dad stopped a year ago?
Bowser walks in still wounded from his beating from Dimentio.
Koopalings: Dad!
Bowser: He’s back! Bad copy… ugh… bad copy… crown… ultimate power… stop him… ugh.
Ludwig: As the oldest I will choose three brothers. Larry, Lemmy, Roy, come with me to Mushroom City. The rest of you must keep watch of the castle.
Wendy: But!
Ludwig: You have to tell Mom what happened. Oh, and take care of Dad, will you?
Ludwig, Larry, Lemmy and Roy depart in the airship.
Meanwhile in Toad Town, Dimentio is floating toward Peach’s castle.
Dimentio: Forget the citizens in the castle! The clones will deal with them.
Clone Trooper: Clankers!
Dimentio: MY CLONES!!!
Dimentio storms into the castle with Super Dimentios following him.
Dimentio: Find the princess! I want her alive. Do to the others as you please.
Toadsworth: We have to leave now. He’s after you.
Peach: It’s too late! He’s here!
Dimentio: Ah, Princess Peach! Your capture is like a cat catching a mouse. Now hand over the crown or I will kill every single citizen in the kingdom including the Mario Bros!
Peach: I will never… AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Dimentio shocks Peach unconscious.
Dimentio: Now the reason I planned my revenge in my hands!
Dimentio grabs the crown of Princess Peach.
Dimentio: Now the universe is mine!!!
Dimentio chants a spell.
Dimentio: Rise, spirits of the dead; bring on the eternal darkness! With all your might blow out the light!!! This hand signed countless death penalties, this key locked the dead in eternal prison, and this necktie was the last thing they wore! This crown was the last link to unleashing them! With these cursed artifacts the dead shall rise again in eternal darkness under their new master! Reclaim the bones of your former bodies! Nobody shall stop me now!!!
The sprits of the dead in the Underwhere reclaim their former bodies in the dungeons of Peach’s castle. They march to the throne room to meet Dimentio.
Dimentio: Block out the sun forever! No light shall blind us now!
Dimentio creates a ball of darkness and throws it at the sun. In a few seconds the ball of darkness covers the sun completely.
Dimentio: Soon the universe shall bow under its new master!
