Black Apple: Restores 1 HP and cures poison. Looks appetizing… Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Block Block: A... block. A crystal clear block, to be exact. Allows Mario and Co. to become temporarily invincible! Found by Paperlemmy.

Blue Apple: Restores 5 HP and cures poison. It must have been planted near a nuclear power plant. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Bone-in Cut: Temporarily doubles your attack. I assume you hit the enemy with it. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Cake Mix: Restores 5 HP and cures poison. For all you noobs, you're supposed to cook these things first. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Catch Cards: Collectable cards of various enemies and characters from Super Paper Mario, and even the partners from Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door! Try to collect all 256! Found by Paperlemmy.

Catch Card SP: Same thing as the other Catch card, only stronger! Duh. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Caught Card: A Catch Card with someone already on it. They can be bought and sold for various prices at the Flopside Card Shop. Found by Super Mario.

Chaos Heart: The anti Pure Heart made by Bowser and Peach getting married. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Coin: Used to buy stuff, or you can put a chain on it so you can wear it around you neck. Bling bling. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Cooking Disks: Can be used in the bakery to unlock various recipes on the DS-looking thing. This game's boring! Pop in Mario Kart DS! Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Courage Shell: Temporarily reduces damage you take by half. You don’t actually wear it, so how does it work? Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Crystal Ball: You must deliver this item to Merlee in the Piccolo sidequest. Found by Novette & Gwenbi.

Dark Prognosticus: The evil prophecy in the hands of Count Bleck that says how to destroy all worlds. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Dayzee Tear: Restores 3 HP and cures poison. I don’t even want to know how you get these. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Dried Shroom: Restores 1 HP and cures poison. It looks like it causes poison instead of healing it. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Dyllis Breakfast: Made with a Shroom Shake and a Spicy Soup, this item can restore you 15 HP and cure your poison. Found by Super Mario.

Dyllis Deluxe: Ooh! This sounds good. A Shroom Steak and a Gorgeous Steak makes a Dyllis Stea- er, Deluxe. Revives 90 HP and cures poison. Found by Super Mario.

Dyllis Dinner: Another Dyllis classic. A Fried Shroom Plate, a Meat Pasta Dish... makes this. Revives 30 HP and cures poison. Found by Super Mario.

Dyllis Dynamite: The only Dyllis meal I wouldn't take interest in eating. It will, however, set off an explosion to hurt enemies. Made from an Egg Bomb and a Dyllis Breakfast. Found by Super Mario.

Dyllis Lunch: Made from a Fried Shroom Plate and a Spaghetti Plate. It cures 20 HP and deletes any poison.  Found by Super Mario.

Emergency Ration: A special nutrition pack that's more important than it sounds. It normally cures 10 HP and cures poison, but if you're in the Pit of 100 Trials, it's 50! Made with a Fire Burst and a Shroom Shake. Found by Super Mario.

Elemental Tablets: Fire, water, earth. Use these to get Cudge. Where's the tablets for Wind and Heart? Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Fire Burst: Attacks your enemy with flames. Burn baby burn, It’s an inferno! Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Flipside Token: The currency of the arcade in Flipside. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Floro Sprout: A leaf you wear on your head. Needed to bypass a computer security system. Looks natural on Bowser. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Fresh Pasta Bunch: Restores 5 HP and cures poison. Still wondering how the cook turned a liquid into a solid. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Fresh Veggie: I never touch the stuff and I’m ok. *Insert the sound of teeth falling out* Restores 10 HP and cures poison. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Ghost Shroom: Summons a giant Mushroom to eat your enemies for a while. Wow, just… wow. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Gold Bar: A bar worth 100 coins, but it sells for 90 coins… huh? Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Gold Bar x3: A bar worth 300 coins, but sells for 290 coins…Again I say, huh? Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Gold Medal: A medal worth 10,000 points for some reason. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Golden Card: Not a Catch Card. Sorry, card sharks. Needed to unlock the Hammer Whacker game at the arcade. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Golden Leaf: Surely this must heal a lot of HP… Restores 1 HP and cures poison… No comment. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Golden Meal: This meal is a ripoff. You have to get Saffron to cook a Golden Bar (worth 100 coins), and then this stupid thing only heals 1 HP! And... cures poison. Found by Super Mario.

Goldfish Bowl: Dump out the fish to use it as a space helmet. Go back later to find the fish swimming happily next to a skeleton. That wasn’t there before… Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Hamburger: Found in the Itty Bits shop in World 6-2 before you beat the game. Keep going left in the destroyed world until you run across the shop. It restores 15 HP. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Happy Flower: Makes coins fall from the sky for a short period of time. It’s a miracle! Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Heart Pillar: Place your newly found Pure Heart in the pillar to unlock the door to the next world. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Honey Jar: Restores 10 HP and cures poison. What happened to FP? Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Hot Sauce: Muy calienta! I hope I speeled that right… Temporarily doubles your attack. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

HP Plus: Permanently raises HP by 5, for those too lazy to level up. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Ice Storm: Attacks enemies with ice and may freeze them. That’s cold, man. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Inky Sauce: Restores 3 HP and cures poison. You get it from milking a Blooper…eww. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Keel Mango: Restores 7 HP and cures poison. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Keys: I don’t actually know what these are for. I think they unlock things… but that wouldn’t make sense. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Life Shroom: If your HP hits 0 in battle, it will automatically revive you and restore 5 HP, but you will now be considered a zombie. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Light Prognosticus: The prophecy of heroes that counteracts the Dark Prognisticus. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Long-Last Shake: A shake that slowly restores HP over time. The time depends on how well you tilt the Wiimote. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Mega Star: A star that allows any character that touches it (be it hero or enemy) to transform into a gigantic, 8-bit version of itself! Found by Paperlemmy.

Mighty Tonic: I don’t know or want to know what's in these things. Temporarily doubles your attack. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Mild Cocoa Bean: Restores 5 HP and cures poison. Why does everything cure poison?! Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Mushroom: Restores 10 HP automatically, you lazy gamer. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Mystery Box: Turns into a random item when used. RANDOMIZE! Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Orbs: During 7-4, you'll be collecting three orbs to build the bridge to Grambi. Found by Super Mario.

Paper: A blank paper Watchitt gives you. Take it to Merlumina. Found by Super Mario.

POW Block: Dates back to the Arcade era. Shakes enemies on the ground and ceiling. Not effective against airborne enemies. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Pal Pills: An item that summons miniature 8-bit version of the hero/heroine that picks it up. They surround and defend the hero/heroine, and even attack enemies like anyone would. Found by Paperlemmy.

Peachy Peach: Restores 10 HP and cures poison. That’s just peachy. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Shell Shock: An 8-bit shell that Mario and co. can use to kick at their enemies. Found by Paperlemmy.

Shroom Shake: Sounds…tasty. Restores 10 HP but for once it doesn’t heal poison, making it pointless. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Sleepy Sheep: Too… tired… to… finish… sentence… Briefly puts enemies to sleep. Found by Shady Parakoopa.
