Why was O'Chunks seemingly the only minion of Count Bleck's to get punished for failure?

He fought Mario early enough in the chapters to get back to Castle Bleck in time to be shown being punished in the cutscenes. Mimi fought Mario at the end of chapters, and was not yet back for those cutscenes. Dimentio, meanwhile, simple had a knack for not being there when he might have been punished.
