Phil: Previously on: The Amazing Race MK!
Teams raced by plane to the confusing Forest Maze. All teams soon found themselves hopelessly lost within the twisting and turning forest. The alliance of Kat & Ana and Dixie & Tiny remained strong, but they were eventually passed by Foshi & Xoshi, who took the win. Cackletta & Fawful, already behind, couldn’t catch up to Booster & Snifit, who just barely avoided elimination again.

Phil: Now… 9 teams remain. Who will be eliminated… next?
The title theme plays with a new red X over Cackletta & Fawful.
Phil: This… is the Forest Maze! A twisting, confusing labyrinth of forest and caves near Rose Town. And in the heart of this seemingly endless forest, an open clearing where Mario and his comrades once faced Bowyer. This was the second Pit Stop… in a race around the MK. Teams arrived here for a mandatory rest period. Will Booster & Snifit, who have come in second-to-last twice now, manage to stay in the race? Foshi & Xoshi, who were the first to arrive at 3:10 PM… will depart at 3:10 AM!

Xoshi: What?
Phil: A Roadblock is a task that only one person may perform! No person may do more than 6 on the entire race! In this Roadblock, one team member must take a stand against the horrors of the forest. They must battle, one by one, the many enemies of the forest. Once they have defeated each one, they will receive their next clue!

A plane flies overhead.
Phil: Teams must now fly over 5,000 miles to the desert kingdom of Sarasaland. When they land, teams must find this place: Daisy’s Castle. Their next clue is here.
Foshi: That is severely awesome!
Xoshi: Caution: Yield Ahead…
Phil: When teams reach Daisy’s Castle they will encounter the first of three Yields on the entire race. At this specific point, one team can force another team to Yield; that is, stop racing for a pre-determined amount of time. Each team can only use their power to Yield once in the entire race, so they need to decide when it’s most advantageous to do it. Any team that’s been forced to Yield must turn this hourglass over and wait for the sand to run out before they continue on.

The camera shows the grounds. The castle is all shining in the sun. The gardens are filled with luscious flowers. Daisy is sitting on the top balcony.

Foshi: Who should we Yield?

Phil: *voice sounds strained and grainy* A Detour is a choice between two tasks! Each with its own pros and cons!
The camera shifts, revealing he is flying a small yellow plane.
Phil: And in this Detour, teams must relive two of the most hair-raising events that took place on Mario’s visit to Sarasaland. *normal voice* Teams have to choose between Air and Sea. In Air, teams must hop into one of these Sky Pops, used by Mario to defeat Tatanga. Teams must take command of the Sky Pop and complete a short air course, flying through cloud hoops. The course is short, but flying through cloud loops is not easy. In Sea, teams will get in a Sea Pop and complete a longer but simpler underwater course.
Xoshi: Sea or air? Either fly a plane or take command of a sub.
Foshi: Hm… I gotta say air… I don’t like the water…
Batadon: S’cuse me, I’m the organizer of the tasks. Sea has been delayed until 6:00 due to a sandstorm.
Foshi: What? Really? What about the other one?
